Robert Weahkee Zuni Carvings

An ancient tradition in Zuni cosmology are carved fetish creatures, or animal totems, signifying powers and qualities that might aid the owner. In our collection, fourth generation Zuni artist Robert Weahkee creates animals from shed deer antlers.
