Over the years I have tried to keep a few cases of some of the wines I wanted to see aged. My red blends - especially the Rive Gauche and the Padlock; but I also was curious to see what happened with my white wines. I always warn people asking me about aging wines - it is not for everybody, it is an acquired taste and there is nothing wrong about that. Have fun!
