Cassoulet Pop Up Dinner with Chef Ross Melling
Chef Ross Melling is back by popular demand and will prepare his fabulous cassoulet, crisp endive salad, and mousse au chocolat at Picayune’s Bistro Pop-up!
One of Claire’s favorites and a traditional French dish, Chef Ross’s cassoulet features slow-cooked Pyrenees tarbais beans, Sonoma duck confit, pork shoulder, and Toulouse sausages. Since medieval times, cassoulet has been a staple of French family cooking, and Chef Ross will be preparing his exemplary dish in style at Picayune!
