The vest is a soft deerskin suede with tiered fringe detailing along the chest and bottom hemline.  The perimeter of the vest features a pinking-sheared edging.  It features four small, hand-beaded floral motifs, each depicting a multi-petaled white flower with green leaves and a black outline - two placed on the upper chest panels and two centered on the front patch pockets.

Estimated to be from a Plains Native American tribe from the 70's.
