Chef Ross Melling prepares a sumptuous cassoulet, crisp endive salad, and mousse au chocolat, paired with a celebratory glass of Champagne, at Picayune’s first Bistro Popup!

 

One of Claire’s favorites and a traditional French dish, Chef Ross’s cassoulet features slow-cooked Pyrenees tarbais beans, Sonoma duck confit, pork shoulder, and Toulouse sausages. Since medieval times, cassoulet has been a staple of French family cooking, and Chef Ross will be preparing his exemplary dish in style at Picayune!

 

Paired with a glass of our Black Label Champagne, also from France, this evening will be full of French music, wine, food, and flair! Santé!
