Forged in one of the best steels. Le Thiers cooking knives are entirely handmade. A full blade cutting edge with a razor sharpening gives them an exceptional sharpness. It slices, it cuts, it peels.
In 1957, Mrs Solange Goyon and her friends had to peel and cut a lot of vegetables for the communal lunch they shared with their village colleagues. They did this with unsuitable and blunt knives that quickly turned this work into a real chore. She was therefore prompted to ask her husband, Gabriel to make a small knife adapted specifically for this task. Le P'tit Tradi has since remained the privilege of these grandmothers and their descendants. Today we are happy to finally share this legacy with you.
Why old-fashioned?
Because once you have tried it, it will be your partner from the kitchen to the table, and why not to the mushrooms, as our grandparents' personal knife did.
