2023 Merlot Sinskey Vineyard
This elegant Merlot greets the senses with a fragrant bouquet of ripe blueberry and cherry, complemented by subtle hints of roasted coffee grain. On the palate, it offers a plush, velvety texture layered with generous notes of blackberry pie, delicate vanilla, and a savory touch of olive. Supple tannins provide structure and poise, leading to a remarkably long and graceful finish. Enjoy now or in the next 7 years.
Terrance Guardipee
This distinctive and personal label was created by Terrance Guardipee, a renowned Ledger artist from the Blackfeet Nation, in collaboration with Claire. The collage features French antique cheese and wine maps, alongside other vintage documents Claire discovered in France. Terrance drew upon an old Montana ledger from 1894. Each symbol within the artwork reflects meaningful chapters from Claire’s journey and adventures in the world of wine, capturing her story through striking visual elements.
Starry Sky Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep inky color with purple hues. Fragrant and refined, this first vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of fresh red and blue berries, violet and tobacco leaf. Full bodied and structured, the youthfully tense palate reveals ripe cherries, pomegranate and dark chocolate. Robust, fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity provide structure and energy. Starry Sky has great aging potential.
Mavasta Honyouti
For the label, true to our single vineyard artist series, Claire reached out to Hopi Master Carver Mavasta Honyouti, from Third Mesa. Inspired by the beauty and energy of the place, this label captures the celestial elements and natural beauty of the fauna and flora of this terroir.
Chardonnay the Origin from Ellen Lane Vineyard
The wine opens up on aromas of ripe apple with hints of brioche. The palate is rich and silky with Asian pear, a few tropical notes and trace of honeysuckle. This mouthwatering Chardonnay is balanced with a fresh and lingering finish. Drink on its own or pair with grilled salmon, a nice brie or anything else that inspires you.
Venancio Aragón
"The Spider Woman’s Cross symbol has been part of Diné weaving for centuries. The symbol appears in the American Southwest on basketry as well as ceramics. The Diné believe we were gifted our textile arts traditions from Spider Woman and Spider Man in the ancient past. The unique cross shape of the textile represents Spider Woman and the crosses woven for the design represent her children, the Diné weavers of the past, present, and future. Dyes used include both natural and synthetic compounds. The Expanded Rainbow in this textile is made by more than 270 colors of weft." Venancio Aragón is a Navajo / Diné textile artist.
