Made by award winning artist Charlene Reano from the San Felipe Pueblo. These earrings are made with mosaic inlay from primarily jet inlay with accents of mother of pearl and spiny oyster on a shell backing. 

Approximately 1 5/8 inches long by 1/4 inches wide at the top 3/4 inches wide at the base

Reano is part of the Santo Domingo tribe in New Mexico, who are well-known for their inlay work. Charlene's intricate mosaic work has been recognized with ribbons and awards at Eight Northern Pueblo and the prestigious Santa Fe Indian Market.
