Deep fried Vegetable fritters coated in chickpea flour batter with spices. Comes with a green and sweet and sour chutney.
Chickpeas in a tomato, cashew gravy with a side of rice and roti.
Potato (Aloo) palak (spinach)
Potatoes cooked in onion, spinach and spices and served with a side of rice, roti and raita.
Tender chicken thigh pieces with spices, tomatoes and yogurt gravy. Comes with a side of rice, roti and raita (cucumber and yogurt relish).
