Tasting Note: Fresh burst of lemon, gooseberry and grapefruit. The palate is bright and lively with lime zest and Asian pear. The wine is balanced with a good acidity and a nice mineral finish. Crisp, fresh and attractive. Drink on its own or pair with seafood, poultry, spicy food and anything that inspires you.
