Fermentation: Wholecluster press then fermented in 60 gallon neutral French barrels; wine was stirred on the lees every two weeks
Tasting Note: Welcoming aromas of stone fruits on the nose with a few notes of melon and lemon meringue pie. The palate is textured and elegant with flavors of peaches, brioche and hints of minerality. This is a wine of good structure and balance, a wine with a persistent finish.
