Opinel's favorite No. 8 knife with a spectacular and environmentally friendly handle! In order to reduce the supply of exotic wood while offering a variety of attractive designs, Opinel constructed handles from repurposed Finnish birch tinted strips. The handles are assembled by hands in  Chambery, France workshop with natural glues.

Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
